IMPORTANT - Please read carefully.

All bookings to be made in advance either by calling or email The Complete Chauffeur. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, the balance is then required 14 days prior to your travel, (credit cards are not accepted). Business accounts can be arranged subject to approval.

Your booking price is guaranteed providing no alterations have been made. Any alterations to your journey must be agreed with the driver before you leave for your destination, any additional payment must then to be paid to the driver.

We are insured for passenger travel, this insurance is for Public Liability and NOT independent travel insurance.

We do not accept any liability for delays caused by inclement weather conditions, road traffic accidents/motorway closures etc. or any form of strike action.

We do not accept liability for any theft or damage to customer’s property whilst travelling in our vehicle.

No food or alcohol to be consumed in the vehicle.

Our driver will refuse entry to the vehicle to anyone he feels is unsuitable to travel due to excess alcohol intake.

No pets shall be carried at any time. Guide dogs are an exception and this should be made clear at the time of booking.

The Complete Chauffeur adopts a no smoking policy within its vehicle. Should time be available comfort breaks can be arranged.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect information about our clients or their customers. Should this change, notification will be made. This is in accordance with the ‘Data Protection Act 1998’
